Beta Test The Burning Crusade Expansion
I found this on the WoW forums regarding the beta testing of the World of Warcraft Burning Crusade

Those who won will be receiving an e-mail to their accounts registered
e-mail address with further information once the beta is about to begin.
Thanks to all those who participated, and congratulations to the
winners!
If you believe you should have won and your name is not listed, e-mail
the address provided and provide your situation and account name and
we'll look into it. Even though you get an auto-response we do store and
look through the e-mails we receive.
You can also email the one he listed above for a full list of winners who will be in the expansion
This doesn't mean you can't get in the expansion, it just is a current, definite list of who will be in the beta test. Supposedly there was a data collection error and anyone who get 1 25, 1 50, or 1 point of honor made it in.
